I required some basic assistance on how…
I required some basic assistance on how to change my username. Although its a bit of a let down not being able to do it myself, it was however very easy to request the change. The chat bot was quick to assist, there is no delay and it is very straight forward.

This platform is very easy to use. It also has many different types of tests and questions.

Very easy to use and has lots of types of test and questions.

I wish they can enable me to conduct the focus group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set up the moderated and unmoderated tests with users on this platform. For the unmoderated test, the format is very smart and can lots of my time.

Meh. Only use this if you're desperate for money
It's not a scam like some people have stated: you do get paid a week after a completed test. However, it's very unreliable in the sense that you will see this message over and over again: "Unfortunately you didn't quality for this test."
It's not uncommon to go through all the tests and not qualify for one. Pretty garbage experience that gives people very little incentive to invest in this website for extended periods of time. Only use this if you are absolutely desperate for any money (which I'd imagine is a lot of people during this covid pandemic). You'll be better off learning a new trade.

SCAM ALERT
I signed up about a week ago and this website has done nothing but waste my time. You barely qualify to take part in any of the tests without explanation of why. Have not been paid a penny and they have been gathering A LOT of free information from me by making me answer silly questions.
This site is a scam and doesn't actually earn you money. I should've read the reviews before wasting my time signing up!!

Honestly a great easy way to make extra money.
I really don’t understand the negative reviews on here, I have used the UT platform for over 6 years and have always had good experiences. When I have had technical issues with tests I have always received a compensation payment. On average I earn $200 a month for roughly 4 hours work.

Once good, now worse than useless. Work for them if you want to work for nothing while they make money from your services
I have been with UT for many years and previously found them fair and good to work for. For the past month however, they have been worse than useless. I have now done several tests for them, only to not see my test appear in payments due, and when I contact the help desk, I get no response from them - except an email asking me how well they dealt with my issue! This week, I was booked for a live test, and the vlient cancelled ONE MINUTE before the test was due - which is against the rules - but UT didn't even let me know until I had sat there waiting, recording, for half an hour. Again, no response. I suspect their "help desk" people are pretending to work from home while really getting stoned and lounging around picking their noses.

Best so far
I like being a tester here. Sometimes it is very quiet and you can go 3 days without a single $, but other times you can qualify for one a day. On the rare occasion 2.
These days I usually get to do 15-20 a month @ $10 a time, I'm happy. It's the best one I've found so far.

Terrible support team..
Terrible support team... I work for a private company and while the UT platform and panel are great the support team are truly useless. They keep giving us links to random websites for support, don't come prepared to meetings, clearly have no case management for their customers and frankly are unhelpful. This platform is expensive to run and frankly I expected better from them. We are going to look into other options now.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I couldn't wait to sign up and do this, as I had seen articles that say it's legit. Then, every time I checked available tests, I didn't qualify for them. I think this is just a way for someone, who knows what company, to be able to see your online activity. It's not okay to allow people to think they've found a way to make extra money, when it's really just a way to spy and use people.

Money down the drain
I've been trying to use UserTesting.com through my work. We're a financial company and security is paramount for us. This means we have to rely on their less frequently used feature of uploading an exported HTML prototype instead of relying on shared URLs.
However the tools UserTesting.com say they support (inVision, Axure, Principle) don't actually work with the HTML upload option as the prototypes don't display correctly on the participant's device. We've literally spend 6+ months now on trying make this work but we haven't gotten anywhere still. The unprofessionalism of the support team has been absolutely staggering. Meeting after meeting they come unprepared, without any understanding of previous discussions or knowledge to give us any advise. They just keep on sending us links to the websites of the various prototyping tools saying the issue is not on UserTesting.com's side. It feels like they have the monopoly so they can afford raking the money in without providing the service we're paying for.
