I required some basic assistance on how…
I required some basic assistance on how to change my username. Although its a bit of a let down not being able to do it myself, it was however very easy to request the change. The chat bot was quick to assist, there is no delay and it is very straight forward.

This platform is very easy to use. It also has many different types of tests and questions.

Very easy to use and has lots of types of test and questions.

I wish they can enable me to conduct the focus group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set up the moderated and unmoderated tests with users on this platform. For the unmoderated test, the format is very smart and can lots of my time.

I recently joined
I recently joined. I have done some answers and earn a little money. However, now they stopped sending questions. They did not reply when I send my enquiry. Not sure they are existing at all.

Go to a better-paid site with actual customer service.
Concept seems a good idea. However, tests are not well paid in comparison to other sites, ie; $60 for an hour-long interview compared to £75-£100 on other sites and market research companies. They don't seem to use your bio info to screen out tests which aren't relevant so you have to wade through many screeners. Customer assistance not present. I am quitting as did a $60 interview recently where the company said my comments were extremely helpful and my work experience was very relevant, (company selling fonts/typeface use to graphic designers). They then complained and said that my work experience was not relevant to the research and asked UserTesting for a refund. UserTesting do not support testers at all, totally confused after spending an hour talking to a company happily with good feedback but UT will obviously issue refunds to keep high-paying clients over protecting testers.

Waste of time
After passing a qualifying test video, I have received an email to complete an account and then I should be able to receive tests.
The tests supposedly were coming to the portal, but from the original brief, I should only choose the tests that I qualify for. Main qualification message just stated if the test is expected to be completed on a desktop (Mac or Windows) or mobile (Android or iPhone), so that looked promising...but then the run around started. Next questions with radio buttons started to come... why would it matter what I bought or what I do in my spare time? Why any of these options should qualify me or disqualify me? Still, as this was my first day I have filled out the information truthfully just and have been rejected every time. I have tried to contact support but just got an automated reply. This happened around 10 times and then I decided on the next task option to choose all of the available radio buttons and see what happens. Finally, it looked like I finally made it and was good to go and complete the test...well not exactly...I had to then accept for Google to download an extension which would be able to record my screen, well I followed the steps, but I still could not get to the test. It was cutting out. I gave up by then and decided to stop hoping it will work and see the site for what it is. It's sadly a user data gatherer most of all.
I have now deleted my account and won't be back.
I suggest for you to avoid time-wasting and not getting involved with this site at all.

Not a scam as some have stated, but does require patience
Ignore the reviews claiming it's a scam, it really isn't. However, I have found that you end up not meeting the requirements for the majority of tests, so it does require a bit of patience.
I signed up at the beginning of August 2020, and since then have successfully completed 10 tests. I've earned $100, $90 of which has already been paid to my PayPal account and the other $10 of which will be paid in a few days. Once you have completed a test, you get paid exactly 7 days (to the minute) after the time your test was uploaded to their servers.
The issue of not qualifying for many tests can be off-putting, however the reason for this is they tend to be after a certain demographic for each test (and the requirement can be extremely specific). As long as you can exercise a bit of perseverance, you do stand to make a bit of extra money with this site.

Stick it out! You can make good money.
Stick it out i get at least two jobs a week!. They don't promise lots of money but just a supplement and if you aren't getting many jobs your reviews aren't good enough! aim for 5 stars! Sometimes I get a job every day because I have a consistent 5 star rating. Best month got around $200

More Reliable, Earn $ Each Month
I have been a website reviewer for over 5 years for several sites and they are pretty much the same. My guess based on my experience is that they get a client who says (Made up Example) we need 1500 people in the midwest who like to eat fruit in the morning who own their own businesses in the hospitality field. So since we are ll people looking to help society we answer a series of multiple choice questions not knowing what the demographic is that they are looking for. Maybe they ask if we like fruit. If we say know it kicks us out and back to the list of available studies then we start over on another till we find a study and we continue. Remember they have studies in Firefox, Chrome, Safari and on Mobile. So you go to each one to take the studies. I am a middle age White woman. Usually, they are looking for a different demographic but yet I am able to earn well over $130 between 3-4 websites. Between finding a study and doing one it takes me about 30 minutes. Sometimes you hit the jackpot and you get to do 30 or 60 minute ones that pay much more than the $10 per study. Now my Hispanic niece in her 30's who works in Education is able to earn about $180-200 per week doing this.
I do get paid weekly. If something happens during the study like a few weeks ago the page I was answering questions on just closed and I could not open it again, I was only on question 3 out of maybe 8, but I still got paid the $10.
