UserTesting is announcing its second annual customer conference, The Human Insight Summit (THiS), in New Orleans, LA, expecting over 1,000 professionals in UX research, design, product, digital, and marketing. The customer experience (CX) industry is constantly innovating, so we’re excited to bring together leaders from around the world who focus on advancing the industry by creating great experiences built with deep customer empathy and human insight.
You asked, and we delivered. Based on your feedback, we’re taking it up a notch. The biggest change? This year we’re excited to announce that The Human Insight Summit will be a multi-day event designed with unique tracks for different focus areas (marketing vs. product vs. design) and experience levels.
Before the breakout sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday, we’ll host UserTesting University Live, a day-long, multi-course training, led by experts from UserTesting. Whether you’re new to UserTesting or an advanced practitioner, we’ll have hands-on workshops designed to help you learn new skills and get the most out of the Human Insight Platform. Attendees will have the flexibility to choose from multiple workshops throughout the day to create their own day-long experience.
Nominations for UserTesting’s awards program, the illumi Awards, are now open! The illumi Awards recognize those who seek to inspire the world to think about human insights as a key ingredient for customer experience excellence, business innovation, and organizational success. The illumi Awards recognize and celebrate those who leverage UserTesting to make a meaningful difference in these areas.

Innovators, visionaries, and practitioners are all welcome to submit to speak at The Human Insight Summit. This is your chance to share your story with hundreds of the brightest, most enthusiastic minds in CX, UX, product, marketing, and more. If you have a story about how your team has solved a business challenge, tips and best practices that would benefit others, or ways that you have driven insights across your organization, we’d love to hear from you.
