Introducing Human Insight World: UserTesting’s virtual customer conference

Hola! Bonjour! Aloha! In the spirit of social distancing and the safety of our valued customers, partners, and employees, The Human Insight Summit (THiS) is moving to a fully-virtual experience this year—Human Insight World (HiWorld)!

HiWorld is an interactive, online event designed to bring customer experience professionals together to learn and collaborate. Attendees include the best in research, design, product, and marketing from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized businesses. 

What to expect at Human Insight World

Join us at HiWorld to discover new ways to use human insight in your role to create world-class customer experiences. Hear from your peers as they share their unique customer stories and use cases that leverage human insight and customer feedback to drive business results. Human Insight World’s virtual agenda

HiWorld takes place over three, half-days on October 12-14, 2020. Each day is a little different—packed with group breakout sessions, live keynotes, classroom-style workshops, Q&A, networking, and more!
