I am rating it a 1 star because of the major drop off the website has had over the last few months. I am a 5 star tester and have provided years of valuable feedback to customers and have genuinely enjoyed doing so. I was also getting a steady stream of tests up until a few months ago. There has been a drastic decline in test opportunities for numerous testers (myself included) for seemingly no reason. No explanation from usertesting and no resolution. You reach out to support and there is no assistance- seems like they are phasing out their highly regarded and top testers for reasons unknown. Disappointing experience and I believe this is the end of usertesting...do not waste your time with this site as the test opportunities are limited and the platform is buggy.
