I used this platform for months even if the gain was low because I didn't qualify for many tests (since I answered the questions honestly). From a technical point of view it is a good platform and it works fine. Unfortunately the filter between testers and customers, that is UserTesting itself, is completely missing. At all. I received a negative rating for a test from one of their customer, who said that I had violated the terms of use (I'm having hard times understanding what I've done, and I'm still ignoring it). When you receive such a rating, your account will be completely disabled. Till here I don't see any problems with the mechanism, but the fact is that UserTesting doesn't review the incriminated test and rating. So basically any of their customers can expel you from the platform. I tried to write to UserTesting support for months. After 6 months they answered with no additional information: "your account has been disabled because you violated the terms and conditions"... It was what I wrote in the message; I know that, I was asking why an if they had reviewed the test. Nothing to do, after just two replies they close the ticket because "your account had been suspended, we can't go over". So, summarising: their customers can expel you from the platform without any reason, they don't review the case, and finally you can't contact them because your account is suspended. Not even a single aspect that makes sense.
