Self-service SSO: Provide an easier, faster way to provision SSO and conduct ongoing management of SSO settings. By allowing users to log in to the UserTesting platform with their corporate credentials, SSO provides customers with a more efficient and secure way to access the platform and manage platform users. Additionally, admins are now able to access the SSO settings page within the platform, which allows them to complete the initial SSO setup and manage it on an ongoing basis should any changes need to be made.
Insight customization: Customers can now give feedback on automatically-generated insights by adding their own custom terminology and providing feedback on the value of those insights.
Usage management for workspaces: Manage platform usage across the organization for teams leveraging workspaces for different departments, user groups, or lines of business.
UserTesting is HIPAA compliant: The UserTesting platform is now HIPAA compliant, enabling customers that are covered entities to gather feedback and insights, which includes managing protected health information, from the UserTesting Contributor Network or their own patients securely and confidently.
