- Like how quickly you get the desired feedback from a big pool of users. - The test environment is quick and easy to setup.

You cannot recruit real user on the platform which is sometimes necessary from an empathy stand point.

What do you like best about the product?

The speed you can launch a test and receive results is always astounding to my team members. Along with this, the participants know how to engage the platform and overcome hurdles with prototype testing. Most are very verbal and opinionated.

What do you dislike about the product?

The need to watch videos to truly assess usability issues. Did the hover over xyz? Did they try to click on something else first? They believe they finished a task successfully, but they actually review information from features we were testing the usefulness of?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly early prototype testing to work out ideas of what information or features would be useful on a website. With this, the true benefit is having examples from real users that features we did not think will perform well did not. Clients don't have to go by my word, here is actual users having issues or finding specific information valuable.

I feel like there are features I'm not quite sure how to use.

Feedback on prototypes, existing designs, navigation, etc.

Watching and listening to customers is key! We are able to hear the answer and balance with behavior, vocal pauses, scrolling behavior to understand how they interact with the design.

What do you dislike about the product?

We need to be able to test globally. Let's get User Testing capabilities for non-English speaking areas. Push into Japan and India.

Understand your needs for use. Is this a global request? User Testing does well in Europe and US, but needs to expand globally and with non-English speaking capabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Image design to support product and overall brand. The qualitative data helps us to build the story of WHY customers make decisions to support the quantitative data showing us WHAT they are doing.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the ability to quickly launch a study and get results within a day, if not hours.

What do you dislike about the product?

At times, it is clear when participants are gaming the system, so it is really important to listen to each result in order to determine whether the response is valid. This can be challenging when you're trying to make a directional decision.

In order to get the most out of the tool, you need to understand what you want to learn and to ensure questions are designed correctly to ensure an open, honest response from participants.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are seeking insights to validate problems and to determine whether or not we should spend time solving them. The benefits to us have been finding specific users quickly - and using those insights to move our innovation efforts forward (or punting them).

What do you like best about the product?

Super easy to set up a test, and within hours (sometimes minutes), you get relevant feedback. There's no reason even the smallest creative decision should not be driven by user testing when it's so simple.

What do you dislike about the product?

Wish the qualitative summary / notation feature was a little more effective for summarizing data. We rely on the verbal transcripts and it would be great to not have to listen to every second of every video to verify the accuracy of the transcript.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My team uses User Testing to make copy and layout decisions about marketing emails. The feedback we get is often surprising, but we know it makes our emails more effective. It's also provides evidence we can lean on when defending our creative decisions to internal clients.
