Positive experience of recently returning to UserTesting

What do you like best about the product?

Good quality system with most of the features you'd expect from a market leader. Reasonably easy to use. Continuous improvement of the software (e.g. recent AI offering). Good support when you need it.

What do you dislike about the product?

Can be difficult to know exactly what features to use that will get the right result for the particular needs of the project you're working on

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding out from users what works and what doesn't on existing apps and website and on prototypes and systems in development.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate UserTesting for its ability to provide valuable insights from people outside of our organization, which helps in understanding consumer sentiment effectively. The feature that allows me to build surveys easily is something I find incredibly useful, as it streamlines the process of gathering user feedback. Additionally, the unmoderated reviews are a standout feature for me, providing genuine and uninterrupted consumer responses. The process of setting up UserTesting is straightforward and uncomplicated, making the initial use seamless and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find that the word clouds feature doesn't work sometimes, and other result analysis features don't make sense at times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

UserTesting enables us to gather opinions from external users, test design concepts, and understand consumer sentiment. It eases building surveys and offers valuable unmoderated reviews, enhancing our design and experience validation process.

Effortless Participant Recruitment and Seamless Panel Management

What do you like best about the product?

We can host our own panel in UserTesting with our customers, without the hassles of manual maintenance. If we want to, we can also easily reach out to the public panel - it's easy to fill research studies with participants. The team at UserTesting have also been great, from implementation right through to regular catch ups on feature updates and general questions.

What do you dislike about the product?

As with any research, analysis remains the most challenging aspect. I appreciate any tools that can assist with this stage of the process. While the AI features in UserTesting are useful for providing a high-level overview, truly deep insights still require human interpretation and analysis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

UserTesting helps us better understand user problems before and whilst we are solving them, to ensure we solve the right problems. It helps us connect with customers we might not have had a chance to. It reduces development time and rework, and not releasing the wrong solution.

What do you like best about the product?

What I appreciate most is their reward system—it truly feels magical.

There are times when I feel like I would be a great match for a study, but I still don't get selected.

User Testing is human insight plateform that helps companies to understand the how real users interact with company's product, website and services.it allows companies to collects real feedback from real users recorded vedios , surveys and josh talk or interviews.

What do you dislike about the product?

Its advance feature require subscription either montly or annually which make extra cost to small size companys .Technical experienced persons are required to to implement or handle into organisation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

User Testing is maily used for solving many problems in organisation in which is one is that we can conduct the survey or interview to collect or maintain real feedback from real users which make beneficial for any organisation to increase their customer based on survey or interview. we can slo reduce cost of company . it do not reqire any type of coding to implement into organisation.

I really liked how seamless the platform is to connect with other users in real time and get access to diverse audiences

Love this tool for quick and valuable feedback

What do you like best about the product?

Usertesting allows us to get feedback about our website from real people, very quickly. You can screen the users to ensure they meet your criteria. Generally we get results back within an hour, it has never taken more than a day. I like that you can take notes directly in the videos, so that you can easily find your spot later on. You can also create highlight reels and share them with your team members.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be nice if I could do all my analysis and notes in user testing's site. Right now I am able to create notes on the video, and share clips, but I'd love to have a space to easily record and share higher level insights. No, you don't get the subtle observations that you would in an in person usability test, but this tool lets you get quick feedback to build up to an eventual in person test that may be more valuable than if you hadn't done any online tests first.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take the time to speak with their support and customer representatives, they are very helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With this tool we are able to get quick, valuable feedback on our website. We use this to make decisions and changes to our site with the goal of giving users what they really want.
